Florence + The Machine - Ceremonials

A completely different  effort in the portrait genre, for this album produced by Paul Epworth (the man behind Adele's album "21").
This very sophisticated and sensual portrait of Florence Welch (the band's front figure) is eye-catching, and creates a great dialectic with the two different typographic elements : the band's name comes as a feminine and soft contrast to the retro and over-expressive type used for the title, that fits perfectly with the 1920' style of the photography.

Photography is from Tom Beard, and the limited edition comes in a six-panel digipack with a 24 pages booklet, that has silver ink used on the back cover (and the title on the front cover) to provide a shiny look.
All this feels glossy, elegant, sensual and classic.
